You Are Where You’re At

You Are Where You’re At

Yesterday I get a call from the nicest agent in Minneapolis.  He just got done watching the video of my interview with Real Geeks and Vyral Marketing.

He had some questions about websites.  Which is better?  Which should he use?  How much do they cost?  How many leads generated?  How much money made from those leads?  The usual stuff.

We talk through all the answers, and then I started in on him.  “Tell me about your business.  How long have you been an agent?  How many homes did you sell last year?  How old are you?  What do you want from your real estate business?”

He name is Jerry.  He’s 70 years old.  He’s been in the business for thirteen years.  Last year he sold 14 homes.  And he needs to make a lot more money than he’s making now.  He goes on to tell me that he just dumped Market Leader, because the $500 a month he was spending with them wasn’t paying off.  He just switched over to Zurple for $600 a month, but he’s not sure if that’s the answer either.  And he kept reminding me, “but I’m 70 years old!”

That is true Jerry, you are 70 years old.  If you’re 70 years old, you’re 70 years old.  If you’re broke (I’m not saying that you are), you’re broke.

“We are flawed in many ways as human beings.  We spend most all of our time lamenting about the past and worrying about the future.  We need more NOW time.”

Whatever has happened to you, has already happened.  And whatever “it” is, whether “it” happened to you or you’re worried about “it” happening sometime in the future, is not important.  The important question is, “how are you going to handle it now?”

This moment right here, is all we have control over.  Yet we all too often conduct our lives as if forgetting momentarily that we are here, where we already are, and that we are in what we are already in.

In every moment herein lies the crossroads of here and now.

But when the cloud of forgetfulness over where we are now sets in… in that very moment we find ourselves lost.  “Now what?” becomes a real problem.

Lost is the vision of our true potential.  Lost is the dream of all the possibilities.

We fall into a mechanical way of thinking and doing that is not congruent with the potential and the possibilities.  If we’re not careful, those clouded moments can snowball, building momentum to the point where we find ourselves out of time.  Only left with wondering, “what happened to the now?”

My point for you and for Jerry is this – it doesn’t matter where you are or how old you are… all you have is now.  Take advantage, enjoy, push to be better every day, don’t spend another second beating yourself up, and for God’s sake smile… all the time!

And don’t you worry about ole Jerry, I’m gonna take care of him.  I’m giving him

  • The blueprint to my printed monthly newsletter.
  • Our 149 Point Pre-List marketing packet.
  • My Craigslist program that made me an extra $98,000 last year.
  • Expired postcards and sales letters that grossed over $100k in 2014.
  • Our daily tracking sheets.
  • A copy of the book “Think and Grow Rich” that forever changed the course of my life.
  • and a detailed outline of the “proper communication” plan we use for my database that by itself made me $671,539 last year… and over $800,000 this year!

… and if he proves that he’s actually going to implement some of those business building programs into his business… I’m going to share with him “The Blueprint” which is an 18 step (simple compounding) process to making an Extra million dollars in commissions in the next five years or less.

If you’d like to get all of these things I’m giving to Jerry for Free just enter your name and email on the right have side of this page.
