August 20, 2018Hi Bart, just listened to you podcast 015 and was re-energized! I’ve been an Agent since 2005 and have mostly a Tidal career. That is, almost every year I have a very average year and then a very good year the next! Last year for me was one of my best years and this year so far is not so good. I am 71 years old and have only social Security and my Real Estate earnings as income. I worked in Management for General Motors in Trenton NJ for 25 years and when the closed the plant and went bankrupt, I was left with no pension. Sooo, that’s where I am right now, but I am still willing and able to work at a career that I do enjoy.

October 28, 2018Thanks for the story, James! And thanks for listening to the podcast. A Tidal career is very common in the real estate sales business. The biggest culprit for any of us is the lack of consistency in our communication to the database. We get busy doing the business and slack on the communication that produced the business in the first place. I’d love to hear more about your story my friend. The one thing we all have that can be utilized to build a moat around our business – is our story. Nobody else can copy it.
