Sometimes I buy things.
I bought a Dairy Queen once.
I bought a 52 unit government subsidized apartment complex (cue the Jerry Springer music).
I bought a Corvette convertible.
One time I left the house on a Saturday morning back in 2006.
“Going for a drive honey.”
I’d go for drives a lot back then. Looking for FSBO’s, driving by the rentals, eating McDonald’s in my BMW.
When I came home, “Honey I need to tell you something.”
“Um, ok.”
“You should sit down first.”
“You’re starting to scare me.”
I proceeded to describe to her the forty acres I’d just bought.
After reviving my Bride, we talked it through and she then became excited. Because with this forty acres came the promise of building her a new home. A new home with a huge kitchen and a fancy stove.
I bought all of these things before telling Stacey about them. Not for any other reason than – sometimes I’m, impulsive.
You know what happened next in 2008 and the years that followed. My philosophies about life, money, time, and freedom changed and then shape-shifted into what they are today.
Throughout all of this, (speaking specifically about money) I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s only ONE strategy that will guarantee financial success.
In fact, this guaranteed financial strategy can actually be summed up in just ONE sentence.
Eight words.
I’m being 100% serious.
I realize this sounds crazy.
It’s not.
Going forward you’ll notice (if you’re paying attention) that this one sentence. These eight words will be the backbone, the theme, the foundation – for living the Good Life.
This ONE sentence is responsible for my time freedom today.
This one sentence is inching me closer and closer to:
Less Neediness.
Less Bootysmooching.
Less Pussyfooting.
And my guess is that many people and businesses are using this ONE strategy to profit from you. I know this because these same people and businesses are using this ONE strategy to profit from me, and it makes me mad.
This ONE strategy…
– Is easy to understand. There isn’t anything complex to try and learn. You’ll get it instantly. It will make perfect sense to you.
– Will help you make more money and it will save you a great deal of money – both at the same time.
– Should be taught to your children ASAP. The younger they learn this ONE sentence, the better their futures will be.
– Can be implemented into your life beginning TODAY and you’ll begin to realize the effects by as soon as the end of next month.
Now, for complete honesty…
It may be hard for you to really buy into this ONE strategy. This is because we’ve all been brainwashed to actually violate this ONE strategy.
