Good Life Weekly Newsletter: 2

There are three phases to the Real Estate Good Life:

  1. Sacrifice: Doing what others won’t, so that eventually you can do what others can’t.
  2. Leverage: In order to have a lifestyle business, you cannot BE the business.
  3. Freedom: Doing what you want – when you want!

Great Quote:

Mark Twain is one of my favorite authors.  This quote is spot on!  We spend so much time worrying about the bad things that might happen.  Almost of which never do!  I’m trying to concentrate on only things that are within my control.  Not an easy task, but when accomplished… a real game changer!

Work hard at your job and you’ll make a living.  Word hard on yourself and you can make a fortune.

Whenever I invest in myself, my returns are at least 10 times the investment!

Trivia Time!  First correct answer wins a prize!  Question: Is an older one hundred dollar bill worth more than a newer one?

Last Wed you said in an email there were nine days left to sign up for membership, today you said in an email it is too late. Which is it?

Hi Dave. Late reply. I need to remember to check the comments on the blog. As you now know, the membership fills up based on either days remaining or membership spots remaining. The spots filled before the days expired. I have to take breaks from new members enrollment because I’m an introvert. With a goal of speaking with each new member directly, the task becomes exhausting for an introvert. If you are like, you completely understand. If you’re an extrovert you probably think I’m crazy.
