Focus ONLY on what you can control

The single most important factor to success in real estate sales (and in life) is understanding the difference between what you can control and what you cannot.

For instance, you have direct control over whether or not you have a CRM system where you keep your “list”.

*List: a list of people that you know or want to know or have done business with or do business with… that may or may not give you business and refer you business over time. The “List” is the most important component in your business.

You have direct control over whether or not you communicate with this list.

You do not have control over exactly how much business your list will send you. 

So what do you do?

Focus on what you can control (only).

Do the Work and detach from the outcome.

Know that over time this plan is foolproof. 

Don’t be a fool and forget that.
