Financial confessions…

A few weeks ago I announced my retirement.  Since then I’ve received a number of interesting comments and questions.

To sum up, what I’m retiring from is:

The NEED to ever have to do something I don’t want to do for Money.

HAVING to put up with someone who is an asshole… for money.  Clients and agents in particular.

The WANT to buy things to impress people.

The THOUGHT of caring what others think of me.

These are just a few on the list I’ll be sharing with you as we go.

I also mentioned that I would share all of my financial details with you.  Of course the great shackle of FEAR has been tugging at me ever since I told you that.

But it’s not the absence of fear that will make you great… but your willingness to overcome it.

So here goes nothing…

CLICK HERE => Jan 2016  for a copy of my January Profit and Loss statement for my real estate sales business.

This will mark the beginning of my sharing the details with you.  I’m very nervous about it, and incredibly excited at the same time.

Over the next week or so I’ll get all caught up with sharing my financials with you.

I’m working on getting everything on the personal side logged into  And organizing P&L’s to share with you for Feb, Mar, Apr, and soon May.  Along with details on my real estate investing (flips and rentals), and my Dairy Queen business.

I have a report for my personal expenses for 2015.  It’s ugly.  And needs a cheat sheet attached to understand it… I’m working on that as well.

If you have questions about the profit and loss, or anything else for that matter, please let me know.

Have a wonderful day!
