#152 Undeniable Agent Truth #1 (real estate sales is the greatest small business opportunity in the world… bar none.)

You’ve heard me say once, you’ve heard me say a thousand times: real estate sales is the greatest small business opportunity in the world.
This goes along with the quote my first real estate instructor back in 1900’s told me, “Real estate is easy to get into, easy to get out of, and everything in between is optional.”
Think about this: I am a debt free, financially independent, multi-millionaire thanks to the foundation of real estate sales.
I’m average looking (at best), I have average intelligence (some would even question that), I skated by in high school and I dropped out of college… one day I’ll tell you the story of my first semester of college, I had a robust 1.6 gpa… hello keg stands!)
Think about this, in Indiana, it takes a grand total of 90 hours to complete the real estate class and then like 75 bucks to take the state exam, and then boom you’re licensed for wealth.
Compare this to becoming a beautician… in Indiana… it takes 1500 hours of beauty school in order to cut hair and stand on your feet for ten hours a day… listening to soccer moms complain about their cellulite and how “Frank doesn’t tongue kiss me anymore! He used to be so romantic when we were dating and now he’s more interested in fantasy football and complaining about Donald Trump.”
Could you imagine? Hahahahaha! Could you imagine how horrible that would be? Day in and day out listening to average people moaning and groaning about their average lives… “Billy came in 18th place in the race today… he got a ribbon… I’m so proud of little Billy.”
“Do these leggings make me look fat?”
Uh, no… your fat can does! Hahahaha!!!
What if you had a regular job? How horrible would that be? I think back sometimes to having jobs. What a ridiculous way to go through life. Ya know? Just think, if I hadn’t walked out that day, that early morning, that miserably cold – early morning back in 1995… just think of how average my life would’ve been if I hadn’t quit my job at UPS back then.
A job is just not for me. Working for somebody else is just not for me. I am unmanageable, I am uncontrollable, I am unable to take direction from regular people and also love my life.
My destiny was to control my destiny.
And you better be choosing the same. If you are in this business, this incredible business, the greatest small business opportunity in the world… if you are in this business and NOT taking advantage of your golden goose opportunity – then you must change that today.
You must decide today that enough is enough. You will accept an average life no longer. Once and for all you will take charge of your life, you will control your destiny, you will break the chains of mental slavery that are crippling your one and only life… and you will create and then live the good life.
You must. You have no other option.
Believe me… you don’t want to be lying on your deathbed and in walks the person you could’ve been, the person you should’ve been.
