#066: Good Life Step #3: Organize the List (build it – communicate with it – and they will come)
In the Real Estate Good Life we have a very specific ideology for real estate agents. Build a protective moat around your business (to keep Zillow, Open Door, Redfin, Amazon, and all other competitors away from your vulnerable friends, family members, and clients) AND to build a financial moat around your family (by becoming debt free and financial independent).
The best way to build a real estate sales business (in a lovable way) is by building a list of people to communicate with… and then actually communicating with this list consistently over time. This method of doing business is foolproof (if you follow the simple Good Life Method).
